PLEASE BE INFORMED: ENDEAVOUR TO READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY, AS THEY HOLD VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION AS REGARDS OUR TERMS OF SERVICE AND YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS.


These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement (the “Agreement”) between you and Pasi Enterprise Limited, its parents, subsidiaries, representatives, affiliates, officers and directors (collectively, “Driverate,” “we,” “us” or “our”) governing your use of the Driverate application, website, and technology platform (collectively, the “Driverate Platform”).  By accessing and using Driverate, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you are using Driverate on behalf of a company or other legal entity, then "you" also means such company or legal entity and you agree to be bound by these Terms even if we have a separate agreement with you.


By entering into this Agreement, and/or by using or accessing the Driverate Platform you expressly acknowledge that you understand this Agreement (including the dispute resolution and arbitration provisions in Section) and accept all of its terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MAY NOT USE OR ACCESS THE DRIVERATE PLATFORM OR ANY OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE DRIVERATE PLATFORM. If you use the Driverate Platform in another country, you agree to be subject to Driverate's terms of use.


You should be aware that at any time, at our discretion, the terms of this Agreement may be changed without directly informing you.  In order to ensure you are informed of any changes to this Agreement, you should review them occasionally; it is your sole responsibility to remain informed. If, at any time, you do not agree to any changes or modifications to the terms of this Agreement, you may remedy the situation by simply discontinuing your use of the Website.


SITE AVAILABILITY AND SUPPORT

You may access the Site if and when it is available. We do not guarantee availability of the Site and the Site may occasionally be down for service, upgrades, or for other reasons. To the maximum extent authorized under applicable law, we reserve the right to change, remove, delete, restrict, and block access to, or stop providing any or the entire Site at any time and without notice. We have no obligation to provide support in relation to the Site.


THE DRIVERATE PLATFORM

The Driverate Platform is a magic formula platform / system, designed to enable Employers Rate their Driver “Employees” online.  Employers and Drivers are collectively referred to herein as “Users,” and the driving services provided by Drivers shall be referred to herein as "Driver Services".  As a User, you authorize Driverate to display rating details such as Driver’s Name, Identity Number, License Number, and Period the driver worked, user preferences, and platform efficiency, etc.


In either case, your use of bikes and scooters through the Driverate Platform is subject to additional agreements between you and Driverate and third parties as applicable ("Supplemental Agreements"). Please review any applicable Supplemental Agreements carefully. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT, YOU MAY NOT USE DRIVERATE PLATFORM. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the terms and conditions of any Supplemental Agreement, the terms of this agreement shall control.


The Website is made available exclusively to bring about accountability to drivers. It also helps bring safety on roads, sanity in transport industry, and help protect the assets and investment of partners (driver’s employers). Take it this way. Driverate is CRB (Credit Reference Bureau) for drivers.


MODIFICATIONS

Pasi Enterprise Limited reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement, such modifications shall be binding on you only upon your acceptance of the modified Agreement. Pasi Enterprise Limited reserves the right to modify any information on pages referenced in the hyperlinks from this Agreement from time to time, and such modifications shall become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Driverate Platform after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. Unless material changes are made to the arbitration provisions herein, you agree that modification of this Agreement does not create a renewed opportunity to opt out of arbitration (if applicable).


ELIGIBILITY TO USE DRIVERATE

To use the Services you must be, and represent and warrant that you are, of legal age and competence in the jurisdiction in which you are accessing the Services. By using the Services on behalf of any third party, you are representing to us that you are an authorized representative of that third party and that your use of the Services constitutes that third party’s acceptance of these Terms. If you have been previously prohibited from accessing the Services by Driverate, you are not permitted to access the Services.


Except as set forth above, or as otherwise approved by us, Driverate is for your personal, non-commercial use unless you enter into a separate agreement with us for your commercial use. 


ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND CONFIDENTIALITY 

In order for you to create a Driverate account, we require that you provide a valid email address. The email you use must be one where we can reach you.  If you create an account to use any of the Services, during the registration process, you must select a user name and password. Once you have set up a password, you will be given access to your profile and other private areas of your account. It is your responsibility to ensure that your password remains confidential.   By registering, you agree that you will not allow others to use your account and that you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your user name. We may assume that any communications we receive under your account have been made by you. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account.


Social Sign Up and Sign In. You may be able to register an account and subsequently access Driverate through a social networking site, such as Facebook ("Social Networking Site"). If you access Driverate through a Social Networking Site you agree that we may access, make available through Driverate, and store (if applicable) any information, data, text, messages, tags, and/or other materials that you have provided to and stored and made accessible in your Social Networking Site account so that it is available on and through Driverate via your account and your Profile page. Subject to the privacy settings that you have set with the Social Networking Site account you use to access Driverate, personally identifiable information that you post to that Social Networking Site may be displayed on Driverate. Please note: your relationship with your Social Networking Sites is governed solely by your agreement with those Social Networking Sites and we disclaim any liability for personally identifiable information that may be provided to us by a Social Networking Site in violation of the privacy settings that you have set with that Social Networking Site account.


UNAUTHORIZED ACCOUNT USE

You agree to notify Pasi Enterprise Limited immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss, damages, liability, expenses or legal fees that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge, and regardless of whether you have or have not advised us of such unauthorized use. You will be liable for losses, damages, liability, expenses and legal fees incurred by Driverate or a third party due to someone else using your account.


You represent and warrant that you will use Driverate solely for lawful purposes in a manner consistent with these Terms and any and all applicable laws, regulations, or other legally enforceable obligations (including contractual obligations) you may have towards us and any third parties. You are solely responsible for any and all Content that is posted through your account on Driverate ("Your Content").


You agree that you will not:

  • Impersonate another person, or his or her email address, or misrepresent your current or former affiliation with an employer;

  • Create user accounts under false or fraudulent pretenses; create or use an account for anyone other than yourself; or create multiple active user accounts to post multiple reviews for the same company

  • Post Content that you do not own or have the right to post in accordance with the license set forth in these Terms;

  • Violate these Terms, the terms of your agreements with us, explicit restrictions set forth in our Community Guidelines, or any applicable law, rule or regulation;

  • Post Content that is defamatory, libelous, or fraudulent; that you know to be false or misleading; or that does not reflect your honest opinion and experience;

  • Act in a manner that is harassing, threatening, abusive, racist or bigoted, is otherwise objectionable (as determined by Driverate);

  • Promote, endorse or further illegal activities;

  • Disclose information in violation of any legally enforceable confidentiality, non-disclosure or other contractual restrictions or rights of any third party, including any current or former employers or potential employers;

  • Violate the privacy, publicity, copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of any third-party;

  • Post anything pornographic or sexually explicit in nature, or engage in the exploitation of persons in a sexual or violent manner;

  • Solicit personally identifying information from minors;

  • Except as expressly approved by us, and subject to applicable laws, use Driverate for commercial activities and/or promotions such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, pyramid schemes, advertising, affiliate links, and other forms of solicitation;

  • Imply a Driverate endorsement or partnership of any kind without our express written permission;

  • Send messages in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act or any other applicable anti-spam law;

  • Introduce software or automated agents to Driverate, or access Driverate so as to produce multiple accounts, generate automated messages, or to scrape, strip or mine data from Driverate without our express written permission;

  • "Frame" or "mirror" or otherwise incorporate part of Driverate into any website, or "deep-link" to any portion of Driverate without our express written permission.

  • Copy, modify or create derivative works of Driverate or any Content (excluding Your Content) without our express written permission);

  • Copy or use the information, Content (excluding Your Content), or data on Driverate in connection with a competitive service, as determined by Driverate;

  • Sell, resell, rent, lease, loan, trade or otherwise monetize access to Driverate or any Content (excluding Your Content) without our express written permission;

  • Interfere with, disrupt, modify, reverse engineer, or decompile any data or functionality of Driverate;

  • Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on Driverate or the networks or services connected to Driverate;

  • Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, corrupted files, or similar software to Driverate; or Attempt to circumvent any security feature of Driverate;


FREE TEMPLATES

From time to time we may provide you with templates for your use, such as, templates to help employers solicit reviews from your employees. You understand and agree that the templates we offer through Driverate are provided as suggestions and their contents do not constitute legal or employment advice. With respect to job description templates, you understand and agree that we cannot guarantee that a description properly applies to the specific circumstances of your hiring needs. You accept that your use of any template provided by Driverate is at your own risk.


PAYMENTS / RESTRICTION 

We reserve the rights to turn any part of our service within the Website to a paid service and thus restrict access to certain areas of the Website unless a certain fee is paid to us. Additional we reserve the right to restrict access to other areas of the Website, or the whole Website, at our discretion.


INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The Services and all associated intellectual property rights are owned and operated by Pasi Enterprise Limited and contain material which is derived in whole or in part from material supplied by Pasi Enterprise Limited and its partners, as well as other sources, and is protected by copyright laws, international treaty provisions, trademarks, service marks and other intellectual property laws. The Services are also protected as a collective work or compilation under copyright and other law and treaties. You agree to abide by all applicable copyright and other laws, as well as any additional copyright notices or restrictions contained in the Services. You acknowledge that the Services have been developed, compiled, prepared, revised, selected, and arranged by Pasi Enterprise Limited and others through the application of methods and standards of judgement developed and applied through the expenditure of substantial time, effort, and money and constitute valuable intellectual property of Pasi Enterprise Limited and such others. You agree that you have and shall have no right over any of the proprietary rights in or associated with the Services save as set out in these Terms, and you shall protect such rights of Pasi Enterprise Limited and all others having rights in the Services during and after the term of these Terms and to comply with all reasonable written requests made by Pasi Enterprise Limited or its suppliers and licensors of content or otherwise (“Suppliers”) to protect their and others’ contractual, statutory, and common law rights in the Services. You agree to notify Pasi Enterprise Limited immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access or use of the Services by any individual or entity or of any claim that the Services infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or other contractual, statutory, or common law rights. All present and future rights in and to trade secrets, patents, copyrights, trademarks, service marks, know-how, and other proprietary rights of any type under the laws of any governmental authority, domestic or foreign, including without limitation rights in and to all applications and registrations relating to the Services shall, as between you and Pasi Enterprise Limited, at all times be and remain the sole and exclusive property of Pasi Enterprise Limited. 


You may not use any of Pasi Enterprise Limited’s trademarks, trade names, service marks, copyrights, or logos in any manner which creates the impression that such items belong to or are associated with you or, except as otherwise provided herein, are used with Pasi Enterprise Limited’s consent, and you acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in or to any such items.


INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT POLICY

It is the policy of Driverate to take appropriate action where necessary to uphold and recognize all relevant State, Federal and International laws in connection with material that is claimed to be infringing any trademark, copyright, patent and all or any other Intellectual Property laws. If you are an intellectual property rights owner and you believe that Pasi Enterprise Limited sells, offers for sale, or makes available goods and/or services that infringe your intellectual property rights, send the following information below in its entirety to our physical address: PASI ENTERPRISE LIMITED:- _____________________________________________________________________________. 

Information required

  1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive that is allegedly infringed;

  2. A description of the allegedly infringing work or material;

  3. A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on the site (product(s) URL);

  4. Information reasonably sufficient to allow us to contact you, such as your address, telephone number and e-mail address;

  5. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright or other proprietary right owner, its agent, or the law;

  6. Identification of the intellectual property rights that you claim are infringed by the Website(e.g. "XYZ copyright", "ABC trademark, Reg. No. 123456, registered 1/1/04",etc);

  7. A statement by you that the above information and notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner whose exclusive right is allegedly infringed.


DATA PROTECTION

Any personal information collected in relation to the use of this website will be held and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our Site.  Pasi Enterprise Limited will use and protect your data, such as your name, bank details and address, in accordance with any consumer Privacy Statement(s) contained within the site, the contents of which are incorporated by reference into the Terms of Use. Please be aware that your browser must be enabled to accept cookies in order for you to use certain Services.


USER CONTENT AND FEEDBACK

The Services may enable you to submit, post, upload, or otherwise make available (collectively, "post") content such as video clips, photographs, reviews, public messages, ideas, comments and other content (collectively, "User Content") that may or may not be viewable by other users. You acknowledge and agree that all User Content, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted shall be subject to our Privacy Policy and is the sole responsibility of the person from whom the User Content originated. You further agree that you have all required rights to post such User Content without violation of any third-party rights.


When you post User Content on or through the Services, you grant Pasi Enterprise Limited a world-wide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, and sub-licenseable license to use, copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, edit, adapt, publicly perform, publicly display, translate, create derivative works from, sell, lease, transmit, disassemble, and publish such User Content, in whole or in part, in any format or medium now known or developed in the future, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Services (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels. You acknowledge and agree that your user name may be associated with any User Content that you post.


You acknowledge and agree that Pasi Enterprise Limited and its designees may or may not, at Pasi Enterprise Limited's discretion, pre-screen User Content before its appearance on the Services, but that Pasi Enterprise Limited has no obligation to do so. You further acknowledge and agree that Pasi Enterprise Limited reserves the right (but does not assume the obligation) in its sole discretion to reject, move, edit or remove any User Content that is contributed to the Services. Without limiting the foregoing, Pasi Enterprise Limited and its designees shall have the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable in Pasi Enterprise Limited's sole discretion. You acknowledge and agree that Pasi Enterprise Limited does not verify, adopt, ratify, or sanction User Content, and you agree that you must evaluate and bear all risks associated with your use of User Content or your reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of User Content. You understand that by using the Services, you may be exposed to User Content that you may consider offensive or objectionable. You also acknowledge that Pasi Enterprise Limited is a provider of an interactive computing service, Pasi Enterprise Limited expressly reserves its rights to not be treated as the publisher or speaker of any information provided by another information content provider on or through the Services.


Furthermore, you acknowledge and agree that if Services provide you with an opportunity to interact with a third party’s service, e.g., Facebook, Twitter, others, you agree to abide by that third party's terms of service and privacy policy, and we encourage you to review such terms of service.


Note that any information provided to us by e-mail or other mediums, including but not limited to feedback, data, answers, questions, comments, suggestions, plans, ideas or the like, shall be deemed to be non-confidential, and we assume no obligation to protect such information from disclosure. The submission of such information to us shall in no way prevent the Driverate, manufacture or use of similar products, services, plans and ideas by us for any purpose whatsoever, and we shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose and distribute the information to others without restriction.


LICENSE GRANT

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Services for your own personal use for the purpose that it is provided consistent with the Terms.


Pasi Enterprise Limited reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to remove any User Content, block access to the Services, and/or cancel the account of any user.


LEGAL COMPLIANCE

You acknowledge, consent, and agree that Driverate may access, preserve, and disclose your account information and/or any User Content you submit or make available for inclusion on the Services, if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access, preservation, or disclosure is permitted by Driverate’s Privacy Policy or reasonably necessary or appropriate for any of the following reasons: (1.) to comply with legal process; (2.) to enforce these Terms; (3.) to respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third parties; (4.) to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Driverate, its agents and affiliates, its users, and the public; or (5.) to address your requests.


SPECIAL PROVISIONS

Reviews on Driverate: In no event shall employees offer incentives in exchange for reviews. You may not trade reviews with other employers. We will remove reviews where we have evidence that users were compensated to leave reviews.


You may not coerce employers to leave reviews. Coercion includes asking employers to provide proof to an employee that they wrote a review whether or not that proof includes the content of the review itself.  As an employer, you agree that you have reviewed and will abide by the Driverate guidelines.


THIRD PARTY LINKS 

The Website may include links to Third Party Websites. Pasi Enterprise Limited makes no guarantee as to the content, functionality, or accuracy of any Third Party Websites.   Third Party Websites are subject to the terms and conditions outlined by that third party.  

Any links to Third Party Websites do not:

  • indicate a relationship between Pasi Enterprise Limited and the third party; or

  • indicate any endorsement or sponsorship by Pasi Enterprise Limited of the Third Party Website, or the goods or services it provides,

The Website is linked to various social networking sites, including Facebook and Twitter etc. You acknowledge and agree that:

  1. any comments or content that you post on such social networking sites through a link provided on the Website, are subject to the terms and conditions of that particular social networking site;

  2. you will not post any comments that are false, misleading, deceptive or defamatory to Pasi Enterprise Limited or its employees, agents, or officers, or which may damage the reputation of Driverate; and

  3. we are not responsible or liable for any comments or content that you or other Users post on social networking sites.


If you create a link to the Website, the website from which you create the link must not contain any illegal, offensive or distasteful material, including (but not limited to) material that promotes harassment or discrimination.


WARRANTY

THE SITE, SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY PASI ENTERPRISE LIMITED UNDER THESE TERMS OF USE "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHETHER BY STATUTE, COMMON LAW, CUSTOM, USAGE OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERFORMANCE, SECURITY, INTEGRATION, QUIET ENJOYMENT, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, AND THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, PASI ENTERPRISE LIMITED AND ITS RESELLERS MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT:

  • THE SITE, SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS;

  • THE SITE, SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE;

  • THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SITE, SERVICES WILL BE EFFECTIVE, ACCURATE, OR RELIABLE;

  • THE QUALITY OF THE SITE OR ANY SERVICES PURCHASED OR ACCESSIBLE BY YOU WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS; AND (v) ANY ERRORS OR DEFECTS IN THE SITE, SERVICES WILL BE CORRECTED.

THIS SITE, SERVICES MAY INCLUDE TECHNICAL OR OTHER MISTAKES, INACCURACIES, OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. PASI ENTERPRISE LIMITED MAY MAKE CHANGES TO THE SITE SERVICES AT ANY TIME IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE. THE SITE SERVICES MAY BE OUT OF DATE, AND PASI ENTERPRISE LIMITED MAKES NO COMMITMENT TO UPDATE THE SITE, SERVICES. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:

  1. PASI ENTERPRISE LIMITED DOES NOT CONTROL, ENDORSE, OR ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY SERVICES OFFERED BY THIRD PARTIES, INCLUDING THIRD-PARTY VENDORS AND THIRD PARTIES ACCESSIBLE THROUGH LINKED SITES;

  2. PASI ENTERPRISE LIMITED MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER ABOUT ANY SUCH THIRD PARTIES OR SERVICES;

  3. ANY DEALINGS YOU MAY HAVE WITH SUCH THIRD PARTIES ARE AT YOUR OWN RISK; AND

  4. PASI ENTERPRISE LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SERVICES OFFERED BY THIRD PARTIES.


PASI ENTERPRISE LIMITED SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY WITH REGARD TO THE SITE, SERVICES AND ANY ACTIONS RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PASI ENTERPRISE LIMITED WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY RELATED TO USER, ARISING UNDER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS, LIBEL, PRIVACY, PUBLICITY, OBSCENITY OR OTHER LAWS.


THE USE OF THE SITE, SERVICES OR THE DOWNLOADING OR OTHER USE OF THE SITE IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND WITH YOUR AGREEMENT THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM, LOSS OF DATA OR OTHER HARM THAT RESULTS FROM SUCH ACTIVITIES. PASI ENTERPRISE LIMITED ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR ANY COMPUTER VIRUS OR OTHER SIMILAR SOFTWARE CODE THAT IS DOWNLOADED TO YOUR COMPUTER FROM THE SITE OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY SERVICES. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM PASI ENTERPRISE LIMITED OR VIA THE SITE, SERVICES SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE TERMS OF USE. PASI ENTERPRISE LIMITED WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS THAT YOU MAY INCUR AS A RESULT OF SOMEONE ELSE USING YOUR PASSWORD OR ACCOUNT WITH RESPECT TO THE SITE OR ANY SERVICES, EITHER WITH OR WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE.


SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY MAY LAST, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. TO THE EXTENT PERMISSIBLE, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO NINETY (90) DAYS.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

When you set up an individual user account on the Platform, you may create a profile (a "Profile") that will include personal information you provide.   Also, when you fill out and save your Profile, your saved Profile can be viewed by other employers or users, subject to visibility settings you control.

We process, monitor, review, store and analyze such content and other materials, including via automated means, for data analysis, quality control, enforcement of our Terms, and improvement of our services. We do not share the log files externally. We also collect information about you when you register or subscribe to any of our services.

    • notify you if, in Pasi Enterprise Limited' opinion, your instruction for the processing of Personal Data infringes applicable Data Protection Legislation;

    • notify you promptly, to the extent permitted by law, upon receiving an inquiry or complaint from a Data Subject or Supervisory Authority relating to Pasi Enterprise Limited' Processing of the Personal Data;

If you request a copy of such Personal Data within 60 days of termination, Pasi Enterprise Limited will provide you with a copy of such Personal Data.


  1. In the course of providing the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Pasi Enterprise Limited may use Subprocessors to Process the Personal Data. Pasi Enterprise Limited' use of any specific Subprocessor to process the Personal Data must be in compliance with Data Protection Legislation and must be governed by a contract between Pasi Enterprise Limited and Subprocessor.


GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING
